About Damon

Golf Digest’s- Top 50 Golf Fitness Professional, Performance Coach for FedEx Cup Champion, Master's Champion, U.S. Open Champion, The Open Champion, US Jr Am Champions, US Am Champion, NCAA Champion, Elite Juniors, PGA Rookie of the Year, Web.com player of the year, Mulitple PGA, LPGA, Web.com, Symetra tour winners. But even more so, Damon's biggest pride and joy is being a father to two incredible young men.

Damon attended Lee University where he played soccer and earned All-American and All-Conference player honors. Damon earned his bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Master Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. Additionally, and a Level-3 Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. He currently serves as an Advisory Board member for the Southern Methodist University Applied Physiology and Sport Management Department and for Lift Sports Foundation. 

Damon has positioned himself as one of the leading experts in golf performance conditioning and post-rehabilitation and currently works with a host of PGA, Korn Ferry, LPGA, and elite junior golfers. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Damon has worked with many golf, basketball, baseball, and hockey professionals as they bridge the gap from post-rehabilitation to maximum sports performance. Damon specializes in sports performance conditioning and health coaching and has gained notoriety through speaking at seminars and his writings for sport publications. Damon’s knowledge of the body and his experiences as an athlete and educator give him a unique and effective approach to sports performance training, health coaching, and speaking engagements.
